SHIPPING

All orders ship free. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout or delivery.

We ship to the European Union, the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — customs duties and taxes are included.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at contact@wet-tail.com with your order number. We will guide you through the process.

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend SF Express International as our return centre is located in mainland China.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

RECEIVED SOMETHING WRONG OR DAMAGED?

Email us at contact@wet-tail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will sort it out at our expense.
