Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on orders of $200 or more.
On orders below $200, one shipping rate applies, depending on your destination:
- Standard — $15.00 — Asia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union (except Malta and Cyprus).
- Express — $35.00 — New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Malta and Cyprus, Ireland, Switzerland.
All prices and shipping rates are in US dollars. The rate that applies to your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.
All orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties and import taxes are already included in your price at checkout — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically reach you within 6–12 business days after dispatch.
As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey on our order tracking page.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags securely attached.
To start, simply email us at contact@wet-tail.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the required return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please note that return shipping is fully arranged and paid for by the customer.
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are covered by your 14-day right of withdrawal: the price of your item is refunded in full, and only the cost of return shipping is yours to cover.
For all other regions, approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, less a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our facility and passes standard quality inspection, we will send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds are processed and issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

We are deeply sorry, let us make it right.
Email us at contact@wet-tail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it immediately at our expense.
