Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union (including Norway), Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and across the Asia-Pacific region (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan).

All orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties and import taxes are already included in your price at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically reach you within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey on our order tracking page.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags securely attached.

To start, simply email us at contact@wet-tail.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the required return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please note that return shipping is fully arranged and paid for by the customer.

Because our international return center is located in mainland China, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Wet Tail cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are covered by your 14-day right of withdrawal: the price of your item is refunded in full, and only the cost of return shipping is yours to cover.

For all other regions, including the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and our Asia-Pacific markets, approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, less a 25% restocking fee.
