RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to contact@wet-tail.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Return Window (All Customers)

All customers (EU, US and Canada) may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging (where applicable)

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, perfume or deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage caused by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@wet-tail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send confirmation with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) to our return address (see below).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using SF Express International, as our return centre is located in mainland China and some international carriers may have difficulty delivering to this address.

Please mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" on any postal or customs forms to avoid additional charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs (included in the product price) are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@wet-tail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at our expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@wet-tail.com.
