Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags securely attached.
To start, simply email us at contact@wet-tail.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the required return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please note that return shipping is fully arranged and paid for by the customer.
Because our international return center is located in mainland China, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Wet Tail cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are covered by your 14-day right of withdrawal: the price of your item is refunded in full, and only the cost of return shipping is yours to cover.
For all other regions, approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, less a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our facility and passes standard quality inspection, we will send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds are processed and issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

We are deeply sorry, let us make it right.
Email us at contact@wet-tail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it immediately at our expense.
